Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, please contact us at support@noctilupus.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as intimate or hygiene-related products, cannot be returned. Sale or clearance items may also be final sale. Please contact us if you’re unsure about a specific item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
